Existing call centers registered with PSEB are required to renew their registration periodically in order to maintain compliance, continue availing tax exemptions, and retain eligibility for IP whitelisting and government support.

Requirements:
✓ Summary of Export Revenue with proper IT/ITeS code defined by SBP
✓ Copy of financial statement from audited accounts report or income tax returns for preceding year (to validate PRC and domestic earnings of IT industry)
